Experienced Service Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team and provide high-quality septic system services for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in septic maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer service, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Perform septic system inspections, maintenance, pumping services, troubleshooting, and repairs
Diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Operate service equipment safely and efficiently
Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
Previous septic service or wastewater industry experience required
Knowledge of septic systems, components, and maintenance procedures
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
