Install Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Install Technician to join our team and assist with the installation, replacement, and repair of septic systems. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and replacement of septic systems and components

• Perform excavation, digging, grading, pipe installation, and related site work

• Operate and assist with the operation of equipment and tools

• Follow installation plans, specifications, and company procedures

• Assist with septic system repairs and maintenance as needed

• Safely load, transport, and maintain tools and equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality

Qualifications

• Previous construction, excavation, plumbing, septic, or related experience preferred

• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
