Experienced Pumping Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pumping Technician to join our team and provide high-quality septic system services for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in septic maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer service, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform septic system inspections, maintenance, pumping services, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Operate service equipment safely and efficiently

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations

• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous septic service or wastewater industry experience required

• Knowledge of septic systems, components, and maintenance procedures

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
